Radius options: 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 40, 60, 80, 100 miles Note: You'll only see appointments for the 5 closest locations. Select a date you'd like to search for appointments. You can search for appointments up to 4 weeks from now. Step 3: Select a Time Select a time from the list of appointments available. Appointments take approximately 15 minutes per person. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. Appointment times displayed reflect the proper time zone of this Passport Acceptance Facility. Step 4: Provide Contact Information First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Email Address required. Appointment Status Information: Appointments are not available on holidays. You can search for appointments up to 4 weeks from now. Walk-in passport hours are available at select locations for those unable to verify identity online.
