The policy details requirements for tops, bottoms, belts, shoes, and outerwear. Students in grades K-8 must wear navy blue polo shirts with the school seal. Bottoms for students in grades K-5 must be navy blue or khaki pants, shorts, or skorts. Middle school students, grades 6-8, have the same options. High school students must wear black or khaki pants, shorts, or skorts. Styles must be uniform or Docker-style, excluding cargo pockets, unusual tailoring, joggers with ankle elastics, or denim. Plain black or brown belts, fastened securely, are mandatory for all K-12 students.
Footwear must be closed-toe, with no wheels. Hats and other head coverings are prohibited unless approved by the principal for religious or medical reasons, or as stated in an IEP/504 Plan. Sweaters and jackets must be school-issued in navy blue for grades K-8 and black for grades 9-12. Students must wear the school uniform polo shirt under any approved sweater or jacket. Hooded jackets will not be permitted starting with the 2019-2020 school year.
All clothing must be clean, pressed, and free of holes or tears. Student ID cards on lanyards are part of the uniform and must be worn daily. Jewelry should be limited, with chains worn inside shirts. Students must wear proper P.E. or dance uniforms during those classes, but their school uniforms when reporting to and leaving.
