NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, will hold a public hearing to consider the following: ADOPTING THE PROPOSED MILLAGE RATE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025 The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of hearing public comments regarding the proposed millage rate for Fiscal Year 2025. The adoption of this millage rate will occur at the second budget hearing on Monday, September 16, 2024, during the 6:00 p.m. City Council meeting. Both hearings will be conducted in the City Hall Council Chambers, 107 Miracle Strip Parkway SW, Fort Walton Beach, Florida. A copy of the proposed budget is available for inspection in the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 107 Miracle Strip Parkway SW, Fort Walton Beach, Florida, during normal business hours.
