Derby Issues 3 Building Permits, New Business Registration

The City of Derby issued three residential building permits during the week of June 1-5, 2026.

A single-family home permit for 3394 N. Midway carries a project value of $408,213. A remodeling permit at 218 E. Washington is valued at $80,000, and a deck permit at 2716 E. Keys Ct. totals $36,781.
