NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of DeFuniak Springs, Florida, will hold a Public Hearing to consider the following Ordinance: ORDINANCE 2024-10 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DEFUNIAK SPRINGS, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR ADOPTION OF THE AMENDED WALTON COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, ORDINANCE 2023-26, ADOPTED BY WALTON COUNTY, FLORIDA ON DECEMBER 12, 2023; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. The Public Hearing will be held on June 10, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the City Hall Council Chambers, 71 U.S. Highway 90 West, DeFuniak Springs, Florida, 32433. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed Ordinance.
