CVE Master Management and Humana Healthcare host a 'Wellness in the Park' event Wednesday, Oct. 7, from 9-10:30 a.m. at the Central Park Zen Garden, featuring a guided walk and health tips.

Residents can embrace a healthier lifestyle Wednesday, Oct. 7, at the CVE Central Park Zen Garden. CVE Master Management and Humana Healthcare are co-hosting a 'Wellness in the Park' event from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. to encourage community movement and well-being.
The event features a guided, half-mile community walk starting at the Zen Garden, located on Century Boulevard near Ellesmere. The walk will lead to the clubhouse and return to the Zen Garden. Parking is available at the clubhouse; participants are encouraged to park there and walk to the Zen Garden.
Attendees can also enjoy healthy snacks and participate in activities focused on movement and community connection.
