Field Coordinator Position We are looking to hire a Field Coordinator for our Pews to the Polls program that distributes educational Voter Guides to our network of churches throughout Michigan, informing citizens where candidates stand on key issues. We are seeking to hire in the Battle Creek area. This is a part-time (15-20hrs/wk) temporary position until the end of October. Qualifications: be willing and able to work with people have a basic understanding of current issues and our political system be willing to travel with access to reliable transportation ability to organize and delegate have ready access to computer and computer skills have strong motivation towards accomplishing this task Main Objectives: increase the network of churches that will take CTV Voter Guides make personal contact (aka meetings, phone calls, email) with individuals, pastors and other church representatives recruit ongoing volunteers to be church liaisons to their pastor distribute voter guides to the churches before the election act as liaison with CTV State Headquarters Interested?
