Students at Somerset Academy Central Miramar Campus can show their school spirit Friday, Oct. 16, during the school's annual Spirit Day. The event allows students to wear a Somerset Academy Central Miramar Campus (SACM) Spirit t-shirt with blue jeans, deviating from the standard uniform.
This tradition aims to promote unity and pride. A $1 fee is required to participate in wearing the spirit t-shirt and jeans. Students must pay the fee to their homeroom teachers. This contribution supports school spirit initiatives.
Students who wear jeans or non-uniform shoes without paying the $1 fee will face a uniform violation. The school's policy for violations is progressive. Unpaid spirit attire may result in after-school detention, depending on prior violations.
