Polk County Tax Collector Unveils Phenix Online for Streamlined Tourist Development Tax Management

DAVENPORT — The Polk County Tax Collector’s Office launched a new online portal, Phenix Online, today. The portal streamlines the management of Tourist Development Tax (TDT) accounts for local businesses and property owners.

Phenix Online provides a secure platform for TDT account holders to file returns, make payments, and conduct historical inquiries. This new service aims to simplify the process for those responsible for collecting and remitting the Tourist Development Tax.
