AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WINTER GARDEN, FLORIDA, ENACTING THE FISCAL YEAR 2025 BUDGET FOR THE PERIOD BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2024 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2025; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
