Heading to the beach? We've got you covered. Cocoa Beach offers over 1,600 convenient parking spaces across parks, beach access street ends, and our downtown parking garage, just steps from the sand, surf, and local spots you'll love. Local and head to the beach often? We offer parking permits that are valid through the calendar year. Parking Rates $6 per hour(minimum of 1 hour) $25 for Full Day + $0.35 convenience fee when using the app When is Parking Enforced? Daily 7 AM - 7 PM Includes weekends and holidays Always check posted signs at your location for any additional restrictions. How Do I Pay? All city parking is paid through the Passport Parking App. Getting started is easy: Download the app Enter your zone and space number Select your parking time and confirm Heads up: Payment must be completed as soon as you park to avoid a citation. Visiting Our Beaches from U.S. Visiting from outside the U.S. and don't have a U.S. phone number? Select "Continue as Guest" and use 00000 as your zip code when paying for parking to complete your transaction without creating an account.
