Fort Lauderdale's $220M Water District Opens 2028

Hall of Fame Partners, the International Swimming Hall of Fame, and the City of Fort Lauderdale announced The Water District, a $220 million waterfront development opening in late 2028 at 501 Seabreeze Boulevard.

The complex will house a marine aquarium, the International Swimming Hall of Fame, a rooftop restaurant, and event spaces. Hall of Fame Partners is funding the project through a private Public-Private Partnership.
