Scheduled ProjectDox Upgrade and EPR Service Interruption • Tamarac, FL September 10-14, 2026 To maintain the reliability and support of the Electronic Plan Review (EPR) system, ProjectDox will be upgraded to version 9.5 from Thursday, September 10, through Monday, September 14, 2026. During this scheduled system upgrade, the Building Department will be closed to the public. Normal operations and public access will resume on Tuesday, September 15, 2026. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this temporary closure as we complete this important system upgrade and work to improve our electronic plan review services. Important: Log out of ProjectDox no later than 12:00 p.m. EDT on Thursday, September 10, to help prevent potential data loss. What to Expect The EPR application will be unavailable during the upgrade. The Building Department will be closed to the public during the upgrade window. The service interruption is expected to last approximately three days within the September 10-14 upgrade window. Need Assistance?
