Cutler Bay officials recently clarified details for Request for Qualification (RFQ) No. 22-05, which seeks design services for the ambitious 16-acre Legacy Park and Municipal Complex project. The Town confirmed that firms involved in the Executive Summary, specifically Valle, Valle and Partners, are eligible to propose for RFQ No. 22-05. This also extends to firms that designed the Green Master Plan, allowing them to submit proposals for the same RFQ.
