TOWN OF CUTLER BAY REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) FOR DESIGN SERVICES - 16-ACRE LEGACY PARK AND MUNICIPAL COMPLEX NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Cutler Bay, Florida, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified architectural and engineering firms for the design of a new 16-acre Legacy Park and Municipal Complex. PROJECT OVERVIEW: This project encompasses the development of a comprehensive master plan and subsequent design documents for a new 16-acre park facility and associated municipal complex. The scope of work may include, but is not limited to, park amenities, recreational facilities, community spaces, and administrative buildings. REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) NUMBER: RFQ 22-05 SUBMITTAL DEADLINE: Thursday, October 27, 2022, no later than 2:00 PM EST. SUBMITTAL LOCATION: Town of Cutler Bay Town Clerk's Office 10720 SW 211th Street Cutler Bay, FL 33189 PROPOSALS MAY NOT BE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL OR FAX. QUALIFICATIONS: Interested firms must demonstrate a proven track record in the design of similar public facilities, including parks and municipal buildings. Experience with community engagement and sustainable design practices is highly desirable. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: A complete RFQ package, including detailed scope of work, submission requirements, and evaluation criteria, is available on the Town of Cutler Bay website at www.cutlerbay-fl.gov.
