NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Commission of the City of New Smyrna Beach, Florida, will hold a public hearing to consider the following entitled ordinance, to wit: ORDINANCE NO. 27-24 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEW SMYRNA BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2023 BUDGET; PROVIDING FOR FINDINGS; PROVIDING FOR REVISIONS TO REVENUES AND EXPENDITURES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall, 210 Sams Avenue, New Smyrna Beach, Florida. All interested parties may appear and be heard with respect to the ordinance. The ordinance may be inspected by the public at the office of the City Clerk of the City of New Smyrna Beach, Florida, located at 210 Sams Avenue, New Smyrna Beach, Florida, during regular business hours.
