PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Kenton County Fiscal Court concerning an ordinance amending the Kenton County Zoning Regulations, as follows: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING REGULATIONS OF THE UNINCORPORATED TERRITORY OF KENTON COUNTY, KENTUCKY, BY ADDING A NEW SECTION PERTAINING TO THE REGULATION OF SMALL CELL FACILITIES. The public hearing will be held on May 7, 2024, at 6:05 p.m. in the Fiscal Court Room of the Kenton County Government Center, 303 Court Street, Covington, Kentucky. Copies of the proposed ordinance are available for public inspection in the office of the Kenton County Planning and Development Services, 1840 Simon Kenton Way, Covington, Kentucky, during normal business hours.
