INVITATION TO BID/ADVERTISEMENT ITB # 26-002 Harbour Drive North Drainage Improvements The Town of Ocean Ridge, a Florida municipal corporation ("Owner" hereafter) is soliciting bids from responsible and experienced entities to construct drainage improvements and incidental pavement restoration. This Invitation to Bid (ITB) may be downloaded at www.demandstar.com. All entities submitting a Bid in response to this ITB (hereafter "Bidders") shall register with demandstar.com for this bidding opportunity, which will enable the Bidders to download the bid documents, receive Addenda and other email notifications. To ensure receipt of the latest information and updates via email regarding this ITB, or if a Bidder has obtained this ITB from a third party or the Town's website, the onus is on the Bidder to register with demandstar for this bidding opportunity. Only registered bidders at demandstar.com can submit a Bid in response to this ITB. Time is of the essence and any Bid received after 3:00 p.m., June 11th, 2026, at demandstar.com or any other location or address will not be considered for award. ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS ONLY, shall be received by demandstar.com. Hardcopy submissions are not permitted. Bidders are cautioned that the timing of their Bid submission is based on when the Bid is RECEIVED by demandstar.com, not when a Bid is submitted, as Bid transmission can be delayed due to file transfer size, transmission speed, etc. For the foregoing reasons, it is recommended that each Bidder plan sufficient time to complete their Bid submission and to resolve any issues that may arise. The closing time and date shall be determined by demandstar.com's web clock. Bidders should contact demandstar.com customer support, at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the closing time and date, if they encounter any problems. Demandstar.com will send a confirmation email to the Bidder advising that their bid was submitted successfully. Ocean Blvd., Ocean Ridge, FL 33435 on May 15th, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Submission of a Bid implies a full understanding and agreement of all terms and conditions stated in this ITB. Any misunderstanding as to such terms by the Bidder will not relieve the Bidder from performance. AVOID BID REJECTION: Bids may be rejected for noncompliance to requirements after review by the Financial Services office. All bids must be submitted on the provided Bid forms and signed by an officer authorized to bind the Bidder where applicable.
