For those prioritizing lower interest rates, the Enrichment card offers a simple approach with no annual fee and a 30-day interest-free grace period. It provides an introductory 5.99% interest rate on both purchases and balance transfers for the first 12 months, with no balance transfer fee.

The Empower card serves residents new to credit or looking to rebuild their credit history. This secured credit card requires a refundable security deposit to determine the credit limit. It features no annual fee and a 30-day interest-free grace period. A 2% balance transfer fee applies, with a $5 minimum. This card does not offer introductory interest rates or rewards.

Common features across all three cards include Tap-to-Pay for contactless payments, fraud monitoring with text alerts for suspicious activity, and card controls via a Mobile Banking app. Users can activate or deactivate cards, set transaction limits, and view spending insights.
