Locations impacted include... Richmond, Connersville, Centerville, Cambridge City, Liberty, Dublin, Waterloo, Bunker Hill, Abington, Brownsville, Milton, East Germantown, Mount Auburn, Mettel Field, Clifton, Jacksonburg, Bentonville, Philomath, Beesons, and Springersville.

This includes I-70 in Indiana between mile markers 135 and 143.
