Luzerne Everette Tuttle passed away May 31, 2026, with his daughter and nieces by his side. He was born on August 8, 1961 to the parents of Luzerne F. Tuttle and Ruth A. Mouck.Luzerne liked to be called “Lou.”Lou had a son and daughter. His daughter Rosalee Tuttle and fiancé (Michael Martinez) had given him the best gift on April 28, 2025, his first grandson Michael. Lou loved spending time with them and loved them very much. He was so proud to be a grandpa.Lou has two sisters and one brother. His oldest sister Alisa Nasworthy and brother-in-law John Nasworthy who passed away in 2003, and a now longtime partner Tony Gill. Three nieces and one nephew. Eight great nephews and two great nieces. Jessica (Randy) Harris with Joshua, Logan, and Karson. Shena (Shane) Rebb with Skylor, Zayne, and Koye. Ruth Nasworthy children by Robert Sanders; Sally, Kayden, Payten, and Priscilla. His baby sister, Tammy Tuttle and brother-in-law, Dale Donato who passed away in 2024 with a son Ronnie. A brother Monty Tuttle.Lou had many jobs in his life, but the one he cherished most was when he was an Auto Body Painter. He was extremely good at it. Lou had an old truck that one day he dreamed he would fix up and pass down to his grandson. Lou had a passion for music and was a DJ for years. Although his family was in New York his love for Texas was very strong and that is where he finally settled. He rocked the cowboy hats and cowboy boots. Lou was a Jets fan and also played football in his younger years for Indian River. He loved watching Rocky and later enjoyed it even more with his daughter Rosalee.Lou was brought home to the lord by his mother, father, two brothers- in-law, a son that was still born, many friends and relatives.If you wish to donate please consider making a donation to Lou’s daughter Rosalee as she will be trying to pay for the expenses.
