West Concord Cemetery Visitation Hours: Dawn to Dusk Daily Rules and Regulations: 1. Gates are locked at dusk. Please plan your visit accordingly. 2. Visitors are requested to maintain a quiet and respectful demeanor while on cemetery grounds. 3. Flowers and decorative items are permitted but must not interfere with mowing or maintenance. Please refrain from using glass containers or wire holders. 4. All decorations must be removed within 10 days of placement. 5. Pets are not permitted in the cemetery, with the exception of service animals. 6. Parking is restricted to designated areas. Please do not block roadways or other access points. 7. Any damage to cemetery property should be reported to the City of Concord Parks and Recreation Department immediately. 8. Soliciting or distributing literature is prohibited. 9. The City of Concord reserves the right to remove any items that violate these regulations or are deemed unsightly or unsafe.
