* WHAT...Southwest to west winds 20 to 35 mph with gusts of 40 to 55 mph expected.

* WHERE...Eastern Columbia River Gorge of Oregon and Washington, Foothills of the Blue Mountains of Oregon, Lower Columbia Basin of Oregon, North Central Oregon, Yakima Valley, and Simcoe Highlands.
