Franklin Water Line Replacement in Westview Heights

Franklin completed water line upgrades throughout Westview Heights in April, replacing aging pipes with modern infrastructure to improve water pressure, quality and fire protection.

The project required crews to excavate trenches along streets and into residential yards to access service connections. Workers installed new pipes and restored disturbed areas with topsoil and grass seed.
