At 7:13 PM CDT, NWS Doppler radar detected a strong thunderstorm located 7 miles southeast of Crosbyton, moving northeast at 40 mph. This storm is capable of producing wind gusts up to 50 mph. The NWS indicates that gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Areas expected to be impacted include Crosbyton, White River Lake, Kalgary, and McAdoo. This is a radar-indicated hazard. The statement expires promptly at 7:30 PM CDT.
