The medical team will guide you on what to do next. If your loved one was under hospice care, contact the facility right away. 2 Contact us as soon as possible Call us at 321-221-4946 to get immediate assistance for your loved one. 3 Honor their end-of-life wishes (if known) Check for documents regarding funeral arrangements, burial or cremation preferences, and organ donation wishes. See if the deceased named someone to handle these arrangements. Our counselors will guide you every step of the way.
