If you are experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis, you are not alone. Centerstone’s Crisis Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide immediate support and intervention. Our services include: 24/7 Crisis Hotline: 941-782-4617 or dial 988 Mobile Crisis Teams: Available in select areas to provide on-site crisis intervention Crisis Stabilization Units: Short-term residential treatment for individuals in acute crisis Centerstone’s crisis services are designed to help individuals de-escalate, stabilize, and connect with the resources they need to begin their journey to recovery. We are committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to anyone in need.
