This severe weather alert was issued on October 9 at 10:57 PM EDT and expires on October 10 at 7:00 AM UTC. Residents are urged to act now to complete all preparations.

Forecasters anticipate winds of 10-20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph, with a potential for sustained winds of 39 to 57 mph. Limited damage to unanchored structures, large tree limbs, and some power outages are possible. Efforts to protect property should be underway.
