Cocoa Residents: Report City Issues Easily

Cocoa residents have several ways to report city concerns, from infrastructure problems to code violations. The city encourages the use of RequestTracker for non-emergency issues like street light outages or potholes.

For immediate public safety concerns, residents should dial 9-1-1. Non-emergency law enforcement matters can be reported to the Cocoa Police Department at (321) 639-7620 or [email protected].

The 'See It Say It Send It' mobile application allows residents to report incidents and receive community alerts. The app is available for download via the city's website.

Code Enforcement offers 11 forms for reporting violations such as exterior structure maintenance, junk and debris, inoperable vehicles, outdoor storage, overgrowth, unpermitted work, unsafe pools, and zoning issues. Public Works provides 10 forms for reporting problems with garbage or recycling pickup, stormwater drains, sidewalks, street signs, potholes, street lights, illegal dumping, fertilizer misuse, and overhanging branches.

The Utilities department has 9 forms for water-related issues, including leaks, low pressure, bill pay problems, water quality investigations, and water main breaks.
