Rental Requests Picnic pavilions at some of these locations are available for rent. The rental fee for a full day of use is $50 plus tax. There is also a $75 refundable damage fee due at the time of the rental reservation. Online pavilion reservations are available to be made by users that have already established an account with the Parks and Recreation Department. Special Event Application Any park activity where 100 or more people are anticipated to be in attendance must also fill out a special event application and follow additional special event regulations. Sports Field Athletic field space use by any group must also be pre-approved.
