"NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City Commission of the City of St. Augustine, Florida, will hold a public hearing to consider the following ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of St. Augustine, Florida, as indicated below: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ST. AUGUSTINE, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY’S CODE OF ORDINANCES, CHAPTER 28, LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, ARTICLE VI, SUPPLEMENTAL REGULATIONS, DIVISION 9, VACATION RENTALS, TO AMEND SECTION 28-619, DENSITY LIMITATIONS; AMENDING SECTION 28-620, REGISTRATION; AMENDING SECTION 28-621, OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. The public hearing will be held on Monday, May 13, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. in the Alcazar Room, City Hall, 75 King Street, St. Augustine, Florida. All interested parties may appear at the public hearing and be heard regarding the proposed ordinance. The proposed ordinance is available for review at the City Clerk’s Office, City Hall, 75 King Street, St. Augustine, Florida, during regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
