Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Town Council of the Town of Jupiter, Florida, at Jupiter Community Center, 200 Military Trail, Jupiter, Florida, on October 1, 2024, at 7:00 P.M. to consider the following proposed ordinance: ORDINANCE 95-24 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF JUPITER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE TOWN OF JUPITER’S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENTS TO THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS ELEMENT AND FUTURE LAND USE ELEMENT; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
