Notice of Public Hearing

Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Odessa, Texas, will conduct a public hearing on the following matter: Ordinance 2024-14 An ordinance amending the Zoning District Map of the City of Odessa, Texas, as previously amended, by changing the zoning district classification of the following described tracts of land from "AE - Agricultural Estates District" to "RR - Rural Residential District", to-wit: BEING a 5.0 acre tract of land out of Section 39, Block 42, T-2-S, T&P RR. Co. Survey, Ector County, Texas, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds in the attached Exhibit “A”. AND BEING a 5.0 acre tract of land out of Section 39, Block 42, T-2-S, T&P RR. Co. Survey, Ector County, Texas, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds in the attached Exhibit “B”. The public hearing will be held on April 23, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chamber, 5th Floor, City Hall, 411 W. 8th Street, Odessa, Texas, at which time all interested parties will have the right to appear and be heard.
