Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the City Council (the “City Council”) of the City of Odessa, Texas (the “City”) will conduct a public hearing on April 9, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 411 W. 8th Street, Odessa, Texas, regarding the creation of a Public Improvement District (the “PID”).
