At 745 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong thunderstorm outflow gusts extending from 9 miles northwest of Wheatland to 7 miles southwest of Melrose, moving east at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include... Clovis, Portales, Texico, Melrose, San Jon, Grady, Ranchvale, Broadview, Cannon Air Force Base and Saint Vrain.

This includes the following highways... Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 343 and 373. Highway 60 between Mile Markers 354 and 397.
