A local community center launched its new 'EXPLORE FALL PROGRAMS!' initiative today, highlighting a wide array of classes and events for all ages. The center's fall programming aims to meet diverse community needs, from early childhood education to senior adult services.
The Ruben and Susy Halfen Early Childhood Academy provides foundational learning for young children. For those focused on health and fitness, the center offers a Fitness Center, Rock Steady Boxing, and the LiveMore 365 program. Sports enthusiasts can choose from Aquatics, Basketball, Flag Football, Gymnastics, Mixed Martial Arts, Soccer, Tennis/Pickleball/Padel, Volleyball, and Youth Fitness programs.
Cultural Arts programs include the Bamachol Dance Program, Music Academy, Performing Arts/Theater, and Visual Arts Programs. Hebraica programs feature the Maccabi Games, Maccabi Tzair, and MAGEN. Adults have opportunities to engage with The Hub, the Z3 Miami Conference, Senior Adults Services, and Rock Steady Boxing. The center also offers JClub and Nitzanim, an Israeli Culture Club, alongside dedicated Special Needs Programs. Camp Sol Taplin is available as a summer camp option.
