Community Development Department closed Friday for training
Clewiston's Community Development Department at 121 Central Ave. will be closed Friday, Sept. 11, 2026, for employee training, with a brief reopening from noon to 2 p.m.

The City of Clewiston Community Development Department will have a modified schedule on Friday, September 11, 2026, due to mandatory employee training. The office, located at 121 Central Avenue, will be closed for most of the day.
However, the department will temporarily reopen its doors from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Friday to assist residents with any immediate needs. City officials expressed appreciation for the public's understanding and apologized for any inconvenience the temporary closure may cause.
Normal operating hours for the Community Development Department are expected to resume on Monday, September 14, 2026.
