Coinme is looking for a dedicated Bitcoin ATM Technician to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of our Bitcoin ATM machines across the Miami area. You will ensure our ATMs are operational and provide support to our customers. Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance and preventative checks on Bitcoin ATMs. - Diagnose and resolve technical issues with hardware and software. - Respond to service calls and conduct on-site repairs. - Ensure machines are stocked with cash and cryptocurrency. - Maintain accurate service logs and reports. - Provide excellent customer service to ATM users. - Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues. Qualifications: - Proven experience in technical support or field service. - Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software problems. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic understanding of cryptocurrency is a plus. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
