All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed Ordinance. The Ordinance may be inspected by the public at the office of the City Clerk of the City of Deltona, 2345 Providence Boulevard, Deltona, Florida, during regular business hours. All persons are advised that, if they decide to appeal any decision made at the hearing, they will need a record of the proceedings and, for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based, pursuant to Florida Statutes, Section 286.0105.
