St. Pete Beach to Hold Public Hearings on Land Development Code Amendments
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Board of the City of St. Pete Beach, Florida, will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at 3:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the same may be heard, in the City Hall Auditorium, 155 Corey Avenue, St. Pete Beach, Florida, to consider the following proposed amendments to the City’s Land Development Code: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ST. PETE BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY’S LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE; PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENTS TO VARIOUS SECTIONS OF THE CODE RELATING TO LOT COVERAGE, BUILDING HEIGHT, SETBACKS, AND OTHER DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the City Commission of the City of St. Pete Beach, Florida, will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at 6:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the same may be heard, in the City Hall Auditorium, 155 Corey Avenue, St. Pete Beach, Florida, to consider the same proposed amendments to the City’s Land Development Code as described above. Copies of the proposed ordinance are available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 155 Corey Avenue, St. Pete Beach, Florida, during regular business hours. All interested parties may appear and be heard at the Public Hearings. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 286.26, Florida Statutes, persons with disabilities needing a special accommodation to participate in these proceedings should contact the City Clerk’s Office at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
