* At 610 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Clayton, or 10 miles northwest of Smithfield, moving south at 30 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
* Locations impacted include... Smithfield, Garner, Clayton, Dunn, Benson, Selma, Four Oaks, Pine Level, Newton Grove, and Coats Crossroads.
This includes the following highways... Interstate 95 between Mile Markers 101 and 70. Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 305 and 340.
