Johnson County Public Library Expansion Complete

The Johnson County Public Library celebrated the completion of phase one of its expansion project Thursday with a ribbon cutting ceremony.

The project added a new lobby to the main building, a standalone community meeting space, and an office building that houses the Arkansas River Valley Regional Library System headquarters. The regional office's new location places it more centrally within the area it serves.
