Licking County Board of Commissioners Meetings The Licking County Board of Commissioners typically holds its regular meetings on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 AM in the John P. Caren Boardroom, Room 103 of the Jane P. Black Government Center, 20 S. Second Street, Newark, OH. The specific schedule and any special meeting notices can be found on the county calendar. Agendas are posted prior to the meetings, and minutes are made available after approval. These meetings cover a wide range of county operations, including budget approvals, public hearings, and the consideration of various county matters.
