Crystal River music fans can now watch the first seven songs from Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band's final concert of the 2026 Land of Hope and Dreams American Tour. The release, which began Wednesday, September 9, is part of a new concert film titled "Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band: Land of Hope and Dreams American Tour (Philadelphia Freedom Cut)."
The film captures the band's May 30 performance at Philadelphia’s Xfinity Mobile Arena, the conclusion of Springsteen’s 20-date U.S. tour. Tom Morello joined the band for several performances in this initial release.
Director Chris Hilson and Thom Zimny filmed the entire concert. Springsteen, Zimny, Jon Landau, and Adrienne Gerard produced the film.
Springsteen said the film reflects the tour's blend of music and political commentary. "I’m thrilled to be releasing our final show from the Land of Hope and Dreams American Tour — recorded in the birthplace of American freedom, Philadelphia, USA," Springsteen said. He added that the tour advocated for the Constitution, Bill of Rights, and democracy.
The initial segment, available on YouTube, Vevo, Spotify, and iTunes, includes "War," "Born in the U.S.A.," "Death to My Hometown," "Clampdown," "No Surrender," "Darkness on the Edge of Town," and "Streets of Minneapolis." Three more segments are expected later this year.
The release also honors journalist Dave Marsh, a Springsteen confidant who died August 14.
