Seattle-based rock band Candlebox will launch a 32-date North American headlining tour, dubbed the "Can't Quit You" Tour, this fall. The tour begins Sept. 17 at The Pageant in St. Louis and concludes Oct. 30 at Starland Ballroom in Sayreville, N.J. The band will perform across the Midwest, West Coast, South and Northeast. Sponge, The Mountain Goats, The Verve Pipe, Sweet Water and American Blonde will join as supporting acts on select dates.
Founding guitarist Peter Klett's return after a decade-long hiatus partly fuels the band's renewed energy for this extensive outing. Frontman Kevin Martin said the tour's name, "Can't Quit You," reflects the band's strong connection with its fans.
"The phrase 'Can't Quit You' really speaks volumes to how important our fans are to us and the music we create," Martin said. He added that the shared energy between the band and concertgoers drives their live performances.
The reunion with Klett also revitalized the group's creative momentum as they enter the 31st year of their career. The tour offers fans across the continent a chance to experience the band's enduring sound and stage presence.
Tickets for the "Can't Quit You" Tour are available through Ticketmaster.
