Airgas Acquires Belmont Welding Supply RADNOR, Pa., May 16, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Airgas, an Air Liquide company, today announced it has acquired Belmont Welding Supply, a leading distributor of welding supplies and industrial gases serving central North Carolina. Belmont Welding Supply operates four locations in central North Carolina. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
