Galbraith Road, North College Hill, Ohio 45239, on the application of Ashley Development Company, LLC, requesting a zoning change for the property located at 90 Tri-County Parkway, North College Hill, Ohio 45246 (Parcel Number 510-0001-0093) from "B-2, General Business District" to "PUD, Planned Unit Development District". The application and related documents are on file with the City of North College Hill and are available for public examination during regular business hours.
