Child Among Three Killed in Overnight Missile Strikes Near Kyiv

KYIV, Ukraine — Russian missile attacks in areas surrounding Kyiv resulted in the deaths of three people, including one child, early this morning. The strikes also injured at least 19 individuals, among them a child, according to Ukrainian officials.

Emergency services reported responders on site after the attacks. Search and rescue operations continued at affected locations.

The assaults occurred after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy previously stated that Ukraine faced dwindling supplies of missile interceptors.
