Champlin Utility Bills Now Paid Online via Invoice Cloud

Staff Writer
June 12, 2026

Champlin residents can now pay utility bills through Invoice Cloud, an online platform the city launched this month to replace its previous payment system.

The platform accepts credit and debit cards, e-checks, and other digital payment methods. Customers can make one-time payments without registering or create an account to access additional features.

Account holders gain access to 24 months of billing history, paperless billing, automatic recurring payments, and real-time account balances. The system sends payment confirmations via email or text and allows customers to schedule payments in advance and set up due date notifications.

Invoice Cloud operates 24/7, including a phone payment option. Customers can access the platform through the city website. Paper bills remain available by mail unless residents opt for paperless delivery.
