CITY OF HEDRICK, IOWA – NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – PROPOSED ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT

CITY OF HEDRICK, IOWA – NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – PROPOSED ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Hedrick, Iowa, will hold a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the City’s zoning ordinance. The proposed amendment would modify the definition of “family” in the ordinance and incorporate related regulations regarding occupancy. The public hearing will be held on June 10, 2024, commencing at 7:00 p.m. at Hedrick City Hall, 103 E. Elm Street, Hedrick, Iowa. All interested parties are invited to attend and will be given the opportunity to be heard. A complete copy of the proposed zoning ordinance amendment is available for review at Hedrick City Hall during regular business hours.
